THANKS BIG TIME

I want to say thanks to each of you for your support this past year. I’m happy to hear that you’ve found the information in this e-zine as well as at my website aflatbelly.com, to be of value to you. Thanks also for referring others to this e-zine. Word of mouth means the world to me. There are tons of websites and e-zines out there so it’s really hard to stand out from the crowd and reach people. Your telling others about what I’m doing is invaluable to me for reaching more people.

Thanks go out to those of you who have purchased products that I have recommended to you. Thanks for your trust in me. I’m happy to hear that they are working well for you (told you so…). Please continue to let me know about your experiences with these incredible products.

Where did ’08 go? I don’t know about you but this year seemed to have raced by. I’m looking forward to a great 2009! If you’re like me, you’re probably looking back with reflection on this passing year. Stuff like…. dreams and goals achieved or not successfully reached. Need to reset some timelines for goals? I know I have to. Goals are like that ‘tho. They are works in progress right?!

While I try not to get too stuck in the past, it is important to take a look back every so often. After all, where we are today is largely a result of choices we have made and actions we have taken (or not taken) in the past. Are you where you want to be today? For example, have you lost those extra pounds that you’ve been talking about losing for months now? Have you started that exercise program yet? What ‘cha waitin for?

A little over a year ago I chose to start my website and this e-zine. It took a lot of work and learning (which I’m still doing) but today I’ve made both a reality. I’m proud of this fact. So, stop making excuses and get going today on your dreams and goals. Make 2009 the year you accomplish BIG THINGS.

Reflection is a powerful thing but living in the present is the most important thing we can do. None of knows how much time we have left on this planet. All we know is that we have right now-this moment. Only this moment is of any real importance. What will you do with this moment? It’s your call. Will you waste it or use it to start moving your life forward in a positive direction?

For me living in the present means improving my health. I plan on living beyond tomorrow and want to be in great shape physically, spiritually and mentally. So today I work on those things. How about you? How important are these things to you?

Looking forward I’m excited about the coming days. There are many things I want to accomplish including strengthening my relationship with my family, becoming more involved in my community, expanding my business, becoming more financially secure, improving my health and seeing my website reach more and more people in ’09.

What are you looking forward to?

One change I am making for next year is that I will be phasing out this newsletter. One of my clients who is a webmaster and web designer has been telling me for months that I need to set up a blog. George (the webmaster) says that a blog is a much better way to stay in touch with you than a newsletter.

I always thought that a blog was a forum for self-important blowhards who loved to see themselves in print. But, I did some research on blogs and found that George was right. Blogs are a cool way to stay in touch. I can share breaking health information with you quickly which you can comment on. We can have a dialog on subjects and questions which are important to you. This is very exciting to me.

I will probably write a short blog about every 2 weeks. I hope you’ll add your comments. E-mail addresses don’t have to be given out to subscribe to a blog. I have set up a blog called The Flat Belly Blog. You can subscribe to it at my website, aflatbelly.com by clicking on the Flat Belly Blog button at the lower left screen.

So, thanks once again for your friendship and support this past year. I’m looking forward to being a part of your life in 2009. I hope the coming days will be filled with joy, great health, supportive friends and family, prosperity and lots of hugs, kisses and laughs. GO DO SOMETHING BIG IN '09!

Your friend,
Zo
