To hell with all this talk about belly fat. You’re still a stud right?! But hey let’s take a reality check. Take a look down towards the floor. Do you see that shirt straining, belly button popping, big ‘ole mass of ugly belly fat blocking your view? Let me let you in on a little secret…..chicks don’t find that real sexy!!! I’d bet that if women took a poll, a fat stomach would be way, way far down on their list of sexy male body parts.
You’ve got a real problem if you can’t find your “package” without searching under your belly fat or staring into a mirror placed on the floor underneath you. Forget about penis enhancement products. Want to add a couple of inches to your ruler? Cut down on the size of your stomach.
As we age we naturally have a tendency to put on extra weight around the waist. Because of a slowing metabolism, less exercise, hormonal changes and bad lifestyle choices, men accumulate extra fat in their guts.
