Easy Fat Loss Tips That Add Up To Big Weight Loss Success

Here are some simple fat loss eating tips you can incorporate to help you on the road to that SEXY, HEALTHY body you desire. Put as many of them to use and watch the magic begin because, LITTLE CHANGES ADD UP TO BIG SUCCESSES.
• Most important tip-DON’T TRY TO BE PERFECT-you ain’t. Be good most of the time.
• Eat more meals at home. Eating out is the #1 hobby in the US. Are you doing too much of this? It’s probably most of my clients biggest obstacle to losing weight and fat loss.
• ALWAYS eat breakfast. I cannot emphasize this enough! Eating a healthy breakfast will actually help you lose weight. Skipping breakfast is your ticket to getting fatter.
• Eat 5-6 mini meals throughout the day. It’s called grazing which is good for animals and good for you. It’s a great way to keep your energy up without reaching for that candy bar hidden in your desk.
• Eat a variety of foods. Get out of your rut and experiment.
• Eat slowly and chew thoroughly. After about 10 minutes your hunger is usually satisfied.
• To lose weight just eliminate 500 calories a day and lose 1 pound a week. This might be a couple of slices of bread.
• Avoid fad diets. 90% of the people who lose 25 pounds or more on any diet gain back that fat weight within 1 year. The long term success rate of a diet is less than 5%. Don’t diet, Instead follow a sensible,
healthy fat loss plan
which will help you take back control of your body.
• Become portion size smart-SIZE does matter. A deck of cards, for example, is equivalent to 3 oz of beef, chicken, fish or meat substitutes. This is the normally recommended portion for a meal. A computer mouse is the size of a normal sweet potato. Your thumb is about 1 ounce or 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (the thumb tip is about a teaspoon).
• Drink 8 cups of water a day. This not only keeps you hydrated but really helps when you’re trying to lose weight. The water keeps you partially filled up which helps you eat less. Eating soup before a meal will do the same thing-partially filling you up so you eat less.
• Eliminate
soda and sweetened drinks.
Beware of energy drinks masquerading as health drinks. The sugar and artificial sweeteners do nothing for your health and just add empty calories.
• Spice it up. For their antioxidant benefit and thermogenic effect, use cayenne, garlic, tumeric, cumin, rosemary, oregano and paprika.
• Eat veggies and fruits every day.You rarely have to worry about eating too much fruit and veggies.
• Don’t overdo it with alcohol. It’s best not to drink when trying to lose weight but at least limit your alcohol to 1-2 drinks a day. Remember alcohol has calories and calories matter.
• Read labels. The more you understand about the foods you gobble up, the smarter you’ll be about your food choices.
• Keep healthy snacks around like fruit, nuts, veggies, healthy food bars, low fat yogurt etc. This is really important when you’re away from home because it’ll stop you from reaching for junk food when you’re hungry or need an energy pickup.

Many times the key to successful fat and weight loss is in the little things you do everyday. Do them over time and they add up to big changes.
Don’t try to make a bunch of huge changes all at once. This is a quick route to frustration and failure. Just add a healthy tip here and there until they become a part of your normal eating.
One of the worst things you can do is worry about how you eat all the time. You’ll feel like a prisoner of food. Don’t let food control you. Again, LITTLE CHANGES ADD UP TO BIG SUCCESSES so, take small steps at first. Even a baby has to crawl before it can run. You’ll be ok in time.
If you have any tips to share, I’d love to hear from you. You probably have a fat loss tip or two you can share which would be of great value to others.
